Shelled raw Walnuts of the Lara variety, with a fleshy kernel, light in color and slightly amber, stands out for their delicate flavor.
The Lara walnut has the particularity of having the internal membrane rotated by 90° compared to the other varieties: this means that normally only quarters of the kernel are obtained after shelling. Excellent healthy snack, ideal for the famous Ligurian walnut sauce.
It may contain other fruits in shell: Almonds, Hazelnuts.

Non proprio perfette
Adoro le noci e malgrado queste non siano proprio perfette come forma, trovo che siano comunque dolcissime e buonissime.

appena sgusciate
nonostante il sottovuoto renda l'apparenza un po' strana per le noci, il sapore resta integro anche a distanza di qualche settimana dopo l'apertura (non sono durate di più in famiglia). come suggerito le ho riposte un vasetti di vetro e la conservazione è stata ok.
Le naturali briciole che si depositano sul fondo del contenitore (più qualche noce spezzetata), un po' di panna (senza lattosio per noi) e una grattuggiata di parmigiano sono un ottimo leggero condimento per la pasta o le scaloppine.
