We have been producing them for more than twenty years in our laboratory in Cortazzone, in the heart of Piedmont, in the Upper Monferrato area in the province of Asti, not far from Turin, where our now famous hazelnut cake was born.
They are prepared by hand, using slow processes, in accordance with traditional recipes and ancient Piedmontese methods, without the use of chemical leavening agents, preservatives, artificial flavors, or additives of any kind.
We use only butter from fresh milk cream, eggs from range hens, brown cane sugar, Bourbon vanilla, and every other ingredient is selected with great care.
