Hazelnut and Chocolate Dragees are the typical Piedmontese pralines of the city of Turin. Toasted IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, coated with chocolate by traditional bassina technique. Mixed dragees packaged in the extra dark, superior milk and white version for the pleasure of young and old.
Ingredients: Chocolate 65%, IGP Piedmont Hazelnuts (30%), Covering Agent: Shellac, Arabic gum, Glucose syrup. Chocolate: Extra dark (Cocoa 60% minimum): Cocoa Paste, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Bourbon Vanilla - natural extract. Emulsifier: Soy lecithin. Superior milk (Cocoa 33% minimum): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk powder, Cocoa Paste, Bourbon Vanilla - natural extract. Emulsifier: Soy lecithin. White (Cocoa 28% minimum): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk powder, Cocoa Paste, Bourbon Vanilla - natural extract. Emulsifier: Soy lecithin.
